Madrid Gathering Promotes Dialogue and Diversity

The meeting included Clarisa Nieva of the Bahá’í Community of Spain, Fernando Hernández of the Madrid Municipal Police Diversity Management Unit, flamenco artist Tito Losada, and human rights educator Denise González. Speakers offered personal, cultural and institutional perspectives on how open dialogue can help build more inclusive communities.
Throughout the gathering, participants addressed themes such as religious freedom, intercultural coexistence and human dignity. Fundación Mejora framed the initiative with Scientology’s interest in education, prevention and civic responsibility. Ivan Arjona, representative of the Church of Scientology to European and international institutions, said that cultural and religious diversity contributes to democratic life when rooted in respect for human rights.
